If you have hyperacidity symptoms, you certainly know how it feels. A little sign of hunger and at once you feel nauseated. And then you try taking in something, again you feel like throwing up. Stress, tension and anxiety are some of the major culprit for having hyperacidity in your stomach. In some cases, late eating habits induce the stomach to secrete extra acid to help digest that late food intake.
In Ayurveda, there is a simple hyperacidity remedy recommended by the Kaviraj (Ayurvedic Doctor) on how to deal with this problem, naturally and effectively.
Try this Ayurvedic Hyperacidity Remedy:
1) Upon waking up in the morning, prepare the following: 3 (8 oz.) glasses of lukewarm water, 3 green lemons or 9 lemonsitos (kalamansi / nimbu), 1 ½ table salt.
2) Squeeze each green lemon on every glass or 3 lemonsitos (nimbu) on each.
3) Add ½ teaspoon of table salt on each glass and mix well
4) Now drink successively the contents of the three glasses; yes try to finish them all!
5) Wait for a little while, and then you will feel the urge to throw up. Now do it. As you do it, so many unwanted stomach acid will surely come out that has been there for a long time. These are the ones that have been there and are disturbing the outer lining of the stomach itself!
If you have difficulty in voluntarily throwing up, tickle a bit your glottis inside, and you will be induced to throw up. Now repeat this procedure for the next three days.
I know you will be averse to this Ayurvedic hyperacidity remedy prescription, thinking that lemon is acidic. On the contrary, when lemon enters our body, it is alkaline. A body that is alkaline in nature is a healthier body and more resistant to illness.
It is advised that one has to do this hyperacidity remedy at least once a month to ensure that your stomach lining will always be 'clean' and free from excessive acids. In fact this is recommended even to healthy individuals to maintain good digestive system and promote good health. |man villar
